2014年开始从事企业高管教练/团队教练工作。是国际教练协 会(ICF)认证NLP教练,高管教练。国际领导力协会认证组 织教练,SPOT引导认证师。
MsZhao Qiying(Linda Zhao) has 21 years HR working experience.
First thirteen years of her HR career,she worked for various top 500 foreign enterprise as HRM , HRD and other positions . The after eight years in private enterprise human resources administrative center as a director until helped the company with listing . Then she chose to leave. Since 2014 , she started her new career as an enterprise executive coach/team coach. She is an international coach association (ICF) certified NLP coach and executive coach , also an international leadership association certified organizing coach and SPOT guiding coach.
目前是麻省理工大学“U型理论--组织的生态及变革”中国项目的 推广参与者。
并积极推广创建学习型组织方面“U型理论”的行动学习方法。
曾担任过U型理论创始人奥托教练在中国企业项目中的助教,为 企业提供落地服务。
MsZhao Qiying(Linda Zhao) is now a promoter of MIT's “ U theory --the network and evolution of organization ” Chinese program .
She actively promote the application of “ U theory ” on study-oriented organization. She was once the Chinese enterprises program assistant of Coach Otto , the founder of “ U theory ” . A program that provides consultancy services for enterprises .
现在专职为企业高管教练和团队教练,专注于组织学习创新和系 统领导力的发展,积极探索个人、团队和组织如何透过学习修炼 达成深层意识的转变和集体心智模式的转向,以此帮助组织提升 整体绩效、体现关键价值。
She is now a full-time  executive coach and team coach for enterprises , also she is focusing on the creative development of organizational learning and systemic leadership . Through the aspiring exploration on how to improve the individual , team and organization's deep consciousness and collective mental models , she determinesto help organizations to improve their overall performance and critical value.
